NymTime for employees
One app, two ways to clock in: NFC at the NFC tag by the staff entrance, or, where the business has enabled it, «I am here» / «I am leaving» inside the location zone. The QR code on the location sign leads here — to the app. No hardware at the location, free for every employee.
The app is in its test phase and will be available on the App Store and Google Play at launch. Until then, employees receive the invitation link from their manager.

- Team today: who is in, who is late, who is missing
- Attendance and schedule of their own location
- Approvals: approve or reject vacation and absence requests
- Stick the NFC tag on — switch «NFC» on for the location in the Back Office (the NFC tag arrives already assigned)
Network manager
The «Team» tab with a location picker.
- Pick a location or «All locations» — team today and schedule per location
- Approvals for every assigned location
Roles are assigned by the management in the Back Office; the app shows only what belongs to the role.
Clock in, see shifts, request leave
Employees confirm the 6-digit code from their e-mail and bind exactly one phone. Two ways to clock in — and a QR code that only fetches the app:
NFC on the employee's own phone — the chip's and the device's signature verified.
Without NFC the app clocks in by location. The server accepts the time entry only if the phone is inside the location — only «inside / outside» is stored.
Only opens the app's download page — it is not a way to clock in.
